Write a guideline about creating and editing a document in word

       Tell me why

In my dreams, Children sing
A song of love for every boy and girl
The sky is blue, the fields are green
And laughter is the language of the world
Then I wake and all I see is a world full of people in need


Tell me why,(why) does it have to be like this
Tell me why, (why) is there something I have missed
Tell me why, (why) cause I don't understand
When so many need somebody
We don't give a helping hand.

       Introduce :

Step 1: Create new document : Click on Microsoft Office Button, chose New,then double click on Blank document field.

Step 2 : Entry data , format font (on menu bar or  use shortcut Ctrl +D to open font user interface, then chose  all the text and format  font , size or colors )

Step 3 : Bold some word in the text :keep Ctrl button and chose  word you want to bold , then click on letter B on the menu bar or use shortcut Ctrl + B.

Step 4 : Change paper size :chose Page Layout ,then click “Size” and chose size paper (A4)

Step 5 : Save data ,on office button  chose “save” , chose folder you want to save in , and click “Save “button . Close the microsoft word user interface by click on the X button at the top of page.
